The Main House was built in
the 1850's as a single family residence for the Stimpson family.
Guest rooms are all decorated with antiques and all feature
a private bath and air conditioning.

top of our street! Pick-up from the station available.
Two night minimum stay during June
through September on weekends; three night stay for holiday weekends.
$10 surcharge per room weekends (

These comfortable units are air conditioned and have
a small efficiency kitchenette, cable TV, two easy chairs, rear deck
overlooking the gardens, and a private bath. Many of our guests
find them very comfortable for extended stays in Rockport.
Rates based on double occupancy and includes our
famous home baked hearty breakfast with Tobey's legendary scones!

All rooms are subject
to an additional 9.7% state rooms tax.
Deposit: A deposit is needed to
guarantee all reservations. You may use a credit card to pay your deposit. Your
credit card will be charged the day you make your reservation. Reservations up
to two nights are payable in full in advance. We ask for a minimum deposit of
an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay for all other
reservations.
Fourteen day cancellation
necessary
for refund unless we can rebook the room plus a $25.00
processing fee.
Groups may require a 50% deposit 30 days before arrival, no refund for cancellation.
We cannot cater for pets.
